About This Site

Hi, I’m Julie Nuttall, and I’d like to give credit to Ray Page, who has done the carpentry and who committed to get me up and running in the shop by building the shelves, the bar, the cheese room, and installing the shop kitchen. Everything else was difficult, but Ray just created, measured, worked hard and delivered! And I’d like to thank Winterdale Cheesemakers and Canterbury Cheesemakers for agreeing to provide their wonderful local cheeses which I’m proud to be able to sell. And finally thanks to my new customers. I hope we can make it work to the benefit of all of us! I’ll try my side, and I look forward to seeing you soon.
